Residential and Showroom Designer Related Services:
At RW Installations we pride ourselves in providing white glove delivery service. We know how important your clients are to your business so we take the extra time and care to make sure everything is handled in a professional and timely manner. All appointments are completed on-time and tailored to meet the needs of every customer. All items are either blanket wrapped or custom packaged per clients specifications. Our professional and courteous staff have the knowledge and expertise to handle high-end residential furnishings with extreme care.
Model Home Installations:
RW Installations is the #1 installation company in Denver for Interior Designers specializing in model homes. For the past 18 years, RW Installations has installed hundreds of models throughout the United States. Working closely with designers and home builders, RW Installations offers unique services including professional artwork hanging, reading of floor plans, furniture assembly, and complete model home installations.
Commercial Installations:
From hotels, to restaurants, to senior living facilities, RW Installations is your first choice for commercial installations. Working on a national level, RW Installations has the knowledge and expertise to handle large scale projects with seamless ease. Receiving, warehousing, and shipping of furnishings nationwide are just some of the services RW Installations offers it’s clients.

2024 Rates, Services and Terms
Below is a general guideline of our rates and services. Please contact us for a specific quote for your project!
Delivery and Installation- Hourly Rates:
One Man: $100/Hour
Two Men: $130/hour
Three Men: $195/Hour
Four Men: $260/Hour
Five Men: $325/Hour
Six Men: $390/Hour
Eight Men: $520/Hour
(Minimum one hour charge on all deliveries)
Model Homes:
Flat Rate of $1.75 Per Square Foot
Includes: Receiving of all items, complete delivery and installation by an experienced model home team, trash/debris disposal in builder-provided dumpsters, and professional artwork installation. RW Installations does NOT hang window treatments. Late arriving items will be received and delivered at the current rates. If models need to be installed separately, but were originally set to install together, additional fees will apply. Storage will be billed starting at the rate of $.12/SF per month beyond the initial free storage period. Additional charges will apply for extra handling of over-sized and specialty items- please call for a quote. Extra charges may apply for installations outside of the Metro Denver area.
Receive:
The receiving of all items is on a per-item basis and invoiced as such. RW will inspect each item for visible box damage and notify client of all damages with corresponding photos. Only items showing visible box damage will have photos taken and/or full inspection done. If full inspection of items is requested, RW will charge for that service accordingly. If a third party is doing the delivery and/or picking up from RW’s warehouse, there will be a $25 per piece release fee. RW Installations will provide a Google Drive spreadsheet for each project, and it is the clients’ responsibility to keep the spreadsheet updated so that RW can provide accurate and updated receiving information.
Residential Storage:
Storage will be billed starting at the rate of $.05 per square foot of the item, per day, from the first day items are received. Additional storage charges may apply for over-sized and/or specialty items- please call for a quote for exact pricing. The rate includes 14 days of free storage from receipt of first item or as agreed upon by RW Installations.
Freight Claims and Freight Collect:
RW Installations will assist with the necessary paperwork and photos in the case of merchandise being damaged in transit. The actual filing of the freight claims will be the responsibility of the client. RW Installations does not accept freight collect- all freight is to be paid by the client prior to shipping.
Payment Terms:
All invoices are due upon receipt. Accounts 30 days past due will accrue a cumulative interest charge of 2% per month on any unpaid balance.
Insurance:
All merchandise is fully insured against fire, water, and theft both on RW Installations’ premises and while in transit. RW Installations is fully licensed and insured.
Additional Information:
Receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. All inbound freight MUST have a delivery appointment or could be denied if an appointment is not made. All delivery requests are to be made through Korbin Hibler at: Korbin@RWInstallations.com
Additional Terms:
Estimates are provided upon request and are based upon the information provided at the time the estimate is given. ANY changes, additions, alterations, or missed information will result in a change in the actual invoice. An estimate is NOT intended to be a replacement for a final invoice. Final invoices will be billed at the current hourly rate and receiving and storage rates at the time of invoicing. Receipt of items for a project will be the acceptance of the terms stated above.
